Typical restaurant
The restaurant of Agritur La Dasa is situated in an ideal location. In the serene embrace of nature of the woods and mountains with a view of Lake Ledro you can enjoy typical dishes of Trentino, prepared following family recipes. The atmosphere of warm hospitality and the interiors with rustic details reminiscent of country life welcome foodies. You can relax in the covered veranda with Lake Ledro view while rediscovering genuine flavours.
The cheese-making activity has been owned by the “Batistì” family since the early 1900s. Cheeses, yoghurt, ricotta and butter are used to prepare the dishes served in the restaurant and can be purchased at the agriturismo.
The menu
The menu is varied, all dishes are served with crunchy homemade bread. The house cheese platter, ranging from most delicate to most flavourful, offers an incomparable taste journey. Among the first courses are strangolapreti, canederli trio, homemade tagliatelle and many other specialities. The second courses of meat, including pork ribs and beef stew, are accompanied by maize meal polenta and potato polenta. On request, it is possible to reserve the ‘Daniele-style’ meat skewer, slow-cooked and softened with our butter. It is impossible to resist Marina's strudel, cheesecake and other desserts. Don’t forget to taste fiordilatte ice cream and soft yoghurt.
