INFORMAZIONI UTILI

• Check-in: from 4pm to 10 pm. If you arrive after the deadline, we kindly ask you to notify us by telephone at the number (+39) 380 1080589.
• Check-out: within 10am. Upon availability you can book the late check-out service (for a fee).
• Tourist tax is 1,50€ per person per night. Children under 14 years old are exempt. Tourist tax is an extra. It must be paid on site.
• The prices of the stays include breakfast. It is served at the table, in the dedicated room in the farmhouse restaurant, from 8am to 10am.
• Pets are allowed. The cost of their stay (food not included): € 5 per night per pet.
• Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas of the farmhouse.
• Payment methods for the stay: cash (according to the law limits); credit cards (Visa and Mastercard); debit card; bank transfer (we kindly ask you to pay the total amount of the stay before your arrival at the farmhouse).
• We have double rooms and family rooms. The rate of the double room for single use is on request.

DISCOUNTS 

Discounts for children:
- From 0 to 3 years old: stay for free. A camping cot is available upon request.
- From 4 to 8 years old: 50% of discount
- From 9 to 11 years old: 30% of discount 
- Over 12 years old: adult rate

Discounts for adults in third / fourth bed: 20%

CANCELLATION POLICY

To confirm the booking of the stay we ask for the payment of 20% of the total amount as a deposit via bank transfer.
In case of cancellation, we apply the following cancellation policy:

• Up to 7 days before arrival: free cancellation without penalty.
• From 6 to 3 days before arrival: 20% cancellation fee. The farmhouse does not refund the deposit paid.
• From 2 to 0 days before arrival, no show, early departure, late arrival: 100% cancellation fee

SERVICES

Parking is free and it is located in front of the entrance to the farmhouse restaurant.

Wi-fi is free. 

Room guests can book a table at the farmhouse restaurant and order dishes from the à la carte menu. We kindly ask you to inform us of your presence at the restaurant before the day of arrival or during check-in.
Check opening times and days depending on the period of stay. During high season the restaurant is open for lunch (12pm - 2pm) and dinner (7pm - 9pm) every day except Wednesday.
